    I can't hit the Fulton repeater. I have a MMDVM Hotspot and a FT-991a.

      What I mean is can I connect to your Fulton repeater for Wires by going thru 145.310? Can you be linked to KC2VER?
      Or could I get on the Fulton repeater by going thru the hotspot?
