Chasing weather balloons

Want to track a weather balloon? This is a pretty cool website that tracks weather balloon across the country.  You can also listen for their data packet telemetry on your radio when they in your area (Buffalo generally uses 403.800mhz). The NWS in Buffalo and Albany launch balloons around 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM everyday. They also may launch at other times like during storms.
